This unit includes of one set of hopper, one set of double auger filling and weighing machine, one set of conveyor, one set of bag closing machine. The auger filling and weighing machine is equipped with pneumatic bag-clamping device.

Operator only needs to feed bags to the bag feeding port. Other work like filling, weighing, bag moving, bag mouth folding, bag sewing is fully automatic. Only one operator is needed.

1. This equipment replaces the traditional two-person operation packaging, realizes one-person operation, fully automatic sewing bag, saves cost and improves production efficiency. Feeding method Gravity three-speed feeding, fast feeding and high precision.
2. The feeding port of this equipment is a pneumatic clamping bag (the bag can be woven bag or the inner film is connected with the woven bag); manually put the bag on the feeding port, and filling will start immediately after bag clamping.
3. After the packaging bag falls on the conveyor, the manipulator on the side of the bag opens its two arms, moves towards the bag to clamp both sides of the bag, and then moves to the edge folding machine. After the bag mouth is folded by the edge folding machine, it will be closed by sewing machine automatically.
