Designed exclusively for potato chip packaging, this HT-VFFS420 vertical packing machine features a fully customized cross-sealing system. Key modifications include:

• Extended main shaft to accommodate the steel springs.
• Integrated buffer springs to absorb shock and prolong jaw life.
• Upgraded center drive transmission for enhanced structural durability to prevent breakage under continuous high-load operation.
• Custom-built sealing knives matched with a specialized jaw tooth profile – featuring fewer teeth and reduced upper-to-lower jaw pitch – to precisely accommodate custom tooling and significantly minimize packaging film waste.

2. Custom Horizontal-Sealing Jaw Systems (6 Units)
These units are direct replacements for the customer’s existing 6 sets of 420 VFFS packing machines. This large repeat order follows the outstanding success of a prototype jaw system previously supplied, which the customer praised with the following feedback:

Based on this proven performance, the customer has now committed to upgrading all of their legacy sealing stations with our custom-engineered design.

3. Spare Horizontal-Sealing Jaw Blocks (7 Sets)
Supplied as critical spare parts for the customer’s existing 730 series vertical potato chip packaging machines, ensuring minimized downtime and maintenance flexibility.

4. Tube Formers / Shoulder Formers (6 Units)
Precisely fabricated to match the 730-series VFFS packing machines, enabling smooth film forming and consistent bag dimensions for chip packaging.

5. Multihead Weigher Spare Parts
A complete accessory kit for the customer’s existing multi-head weighing systems, including:

• Load cells (weighing sensors)
• Weighing buckets / weigh hoppers
• Storage / feed hoppers

Delivery Terms – DAP (Delivered at Place)

All goods are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning we manage the entire logistics chain – from factory loading to international freight, customs clearance, and final doorstep delivery directly to the customer’s U.S. facility. The customer is not required to travel to the port or handle any pickup procedures, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free receiving process.
