Hefei, China – A complete automatic vertical packaging line for dog food has been dispatched from our Hefei factory to Shanghai Port, bound for Manila, Philippines. The equipment was shipped ahead of China’s traditional Mid-Autumn Festival to ensure the customer receives the system as early as possible, despite a 40% surge in pre-holiday sea freight and a 35% increase in inland transportation costs from Hefei to Shanghai.

This shipment marks a repeat order from a returning customer in the Philippines, reinforcing the reliability and performance of our packaging solutions in the pet food sector.

Scope of Supply

The delivered system is configured for packaging 100g, 500g, and 1kg dog food and includes:

• Automatic Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) Packaging Machine – Max. film width: 540 mm, 1 set
• 14-Head Multihead Weigher, 1 set
• Z-Shaped Bucket Elevator, 1 set
• Stainless Steel Platform with Ladder and Rail, 1 set
• Finished Product Output Conveyor, 1 set

The line is designed for accurate, high-speed dosing and sealing of dry pet food, with the 14-head combination weigher ensuring precise weight control across multiple bag sizes. The stainless-steel platform and integrated conveying system provide a complete, operator-friendly packaging station.
